The Participant Directed HPC is a license provided by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) to care providers to help people with developmental disabilities select their desired care services.
This allows individuals to avail of homemaker/personal care services so that they may choose the services they need and how these may be provided as well as the care provider.
The services available in this program include:
- Assistance with walking
- Bathing
- Dressing and Grooming
- Accompaniment to appointments
- Help with household chores
